United Get Tough With Madrid
By: Nick | June 9th, 2008It’s war!
Today, United sent some big burly men to break the legs of Madrid’s bosses sent a letter to Fifa, with the intent of getting them to stop pursuing our prized number seven.
Good luck with that one.
Quite honestly, all of this non-stop Ronaldo speculation has grown so damn tiresome — I’m beginning to not care if he stays or goes.
There, I said it.

It is about time that English fans stop demanding that football players from all over the world behave towards the so called “legends of football” (Sir Alex Fergunson, Ian Wright) as they do with the English Royal family. Make no mistake that I recognize that today, there is no other league at the same level, same recognizing these “legends” for what they did or do… but football is like every other business, and when it comes to reality, with all these football experts ranking England in the top of the world, you still have 1 world cup, and we haven not started discussions about how you got it!!!

As much as it hurts to say it, I agree with the part about not caring if he stays or goes.
United is not a one man team, never have been and (hopefully) never will be. It’s so annoying to think (newspapers tend to create stories) that he acting like he’s bigger than the team. If true then good riddens.
