United Aim to Silence the Nay Sayers (As Well as Spurs)
By: Nick | August 24th, 2007
It’s a measure of the man’s legend, that despite a less than stellar start to the season, there’s nary a whisper of doubt regarding the ability of Sir Alex. Rightly so too.
Not so at Spurs, who’ve have had their own early struggles both on the pitch and off. With Fabio Capello and Sergio Ramos purportedly in line to take Martin Jol’s job because of this.
Which basically means that Sunday’s match is a must win for both clubs. Perhaps more so for United as we’re at home. I’m not sure how I’ll feel if we don’t.
To help in the search for the mythical goal, Louis Saha should find himself on the bench. Fingers crossed he doesn’t injure his backside sitting down. While the only United player to have found the back of the net so far, urges us all to stay patient. That’s easier said than done Paul.

Fingers crossed. What will we feel if they don’t win? *Shrug* Just a matter of time till it turns around. I think we’ll do okay against Spurs though. ‘Specially if Robbo is in goal!

We really need this. We’re at home, so there should be no excuses. It’s time to get down to business.

Sergio Ramos in line to take over at Spurs?
Surely not he still has a long playing career ahead of him!
Apologies for being such a pedant…..Posted from
