At the end of the two years, we have a fixed price option to buy him for an additional £20 million. So, at the end of the season, regardless of what other clubs offer, if we meet the contract demands, he's ours. However, Fergie & Co continue to balk at the £20 million or so, and talks have subsequently stalled...
