Sir Alex Feels all Warm and Fuzzy

By: Nick | March 2nd, 2008

In response to our current ‘which pair will play’ midfield situation right now, the man who makes the call has brazenly revealed that simple sentiment alone would strongly influence his decision, should we end up playing in Moscow on the 21st of May.

Of course, it’s a very very big “if” — but I certainly wouldn’t question his choice if he gets to make it.

*Could be a clever bit of mind games by Sir Alex to bolster the desire of the squad to make it happen*

I hope Scholes plays if we make the final, because he missed it in 1999.

But the way Anderson is playing, Scholes might not get a shout.
