He Used to be a Red Devil — #2. Kevin Moran
By: Nick | June 8th, 2007Moran was an old fashioned Irish centre-half, whose United career spanned from 1978 to 1988. In all, he made 288 appearances, scoring 24 times.
He is perhaps most famous for being the first player ever to be sent off in FA Cup Final history (the 1985 one nil win over Everton).
The red card was later rescinded, allowing Moran to be given a winners medal.
