Have Real Madrid Finally Given Up Their Pursuit of Ronaldo? (Yawn)

I despise Real Madrid and their constant whispering campaign to unsettle Ronaldo and pry him away from United. It’s so annoying – it beggars belief sometimes.

So, it’s understandably with a rather large grain of salt (see below) that I take today’s news that the generous power that be in Madrid are actually admitting defeat in their oh-so-clever mission to snatch possibly the best player in the World right now away from us.

Until they reignite their interest next month (probably).

[Update: It only took one day for a brand new Ronaldo to Real Madrid to emerge again in the press!]

  Oh, and it wouldn’t hurt to ignore the cat hair for brains big wigs at the Bernabeu(Mijatovic and Calderon). Hopefully they’ll eventualy just get bored and go home.

  Real Madrid didn’t go to her mother’s… It was a sport newspaper (as.com). As a tatic to sell more copies. They (marca.com & as.com) are always gossiping around and creating a bad atmosphere towards real just for their benefit.
